About our Menus and Cuisine
Executive Chef Carlo will customize a menu for your specific event based on your event theme, favorite culinary tastes, style of service, wine preferences and budget. Chef Carlo is an award-winning specialist in regional French and Italian cuisine which is featured at his restaurant. He is very adept at preparing all types of cuisine including Asian, African, Caribbean, Latin American, and Indian specialties as well as good old American regional cuisine. Many of his winery clientele ask him to pair his food to their wines for their corporate VIP tastings and dinners. Menu pricing can vary due to market conditions, style of service, and location of event. We try our best to use only organic, natural and sustainable ingredients whenever possible.

About our Staff
Meritage Catering employs highly trained professional staff, most of whom have over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry. Some of our staff moonlight from their regular hospitality jobs as restaurant chefs and general managers to work with Meritage Catering and Chef Carlo.
Event Planning and Coordinating
Meritage Catering provides basic event planning with regard to food, beverage, rentals, and staffing. We can provide more complete event planning services and on site coordinators, A/V equipment, etc. at additional costs. We have working relationships with only the best wedding coordinators and destination planners in wine country. Our purveyors list features the finest florist, musicians, photographers, and videographers, in Napa and Sonoma.
Private Dining and Banquet Events at Meritage Martini Oyster Bar & Grille
The Main dining room seats 75 comfortably, our covered Veranada can seat up to 120. The whole restaurant can be bought out for private events of up to 200. For private dining on the Veranda a minimum of 40 people is required or a room fee may apply.
Meritage Martini Bar is also available as a private nightclub from 10:30-1:30AM. A site fee of $2000 is required which includes our House DJ, and staff. Minimum $500 bar
