About Our Staff

Meritage Catering employs highly trained professional staff, most of whom have over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Some of our staff moonlight from their regular hospitality jobs as restaurant chefs and general managers to work with Meritage Catering and Chef Carlo.

Event Planning And Coordinating

Meritage Catering provides basic event planning with regard to food, beverage, rentals, and staffing. We can provide more complete event planning services and on-site coordinators, A/V equipment, etc. at additional costs. We have working relationships with only the best wedding coordinators and destination planners in wine country. Our purveyor’s list features the finest florist, musicians, photographers, and videographers, in Napa and Sonoma.

Rehearsal Dinners At Meritage Martini Oyster Bar & Grille

The main dining room seats 75 comfortably, our covered Veranda can seat up to 120. The whole restaurant can be bought out for up to 200. For private dining on the Veranda, a minimum of 40 people is required or a room fee may apply.
